Booking your photographer should feel easy and exciting — not stressful. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you reach out to the moment your gallery lands in your inbox.
Step 1 — Let's Connect
Reach out through the Contact page or send a DM on Instagram or Facebook. Tell me about your date, your venue, and what you're envisioning. I'll get back to you within 24-48 hours and we'll have a quick conversation to make sure we're a great fit for each other.
Step 2 — Lock In Your Date
Once you're ready to book, I'll send over your photography agreement and invoice. A signed agreement and retainer officially reserves your date. No date is held without both — so don't wait too long if your date is coming up!
Step 3 — Let's Plan Your Day
About 2-3 months before your wedding, I'll send you a Wedding Day Information Sheet and a Shot List. These help me understand your timeline, your family groupings, and the moments that matter most to you. The more detail you give me, the better prepared I'll be.
Step 4 — Pre-Wedding Check-In
About 1-2 weeks before your wedding, we'll hop on a quick call to review your timeline, answer any last-minute questions, and make sure everything is set. This is where you can relax — knowing your photographer has it all under control.
Step 5 — Your Wedding Day
Show up, get dressed, and enjoy every moment. I'll handle the rest — guiding you through poses, capturing candid moments, and making sure nothing gets missed. You won't have to worry about a thing.
Step 6 — Your Gallery Is Delivered
Within 1 week, you'll receive a sneak peek of 10-15 of your favorite images. Your full edited gallery arrives within 4-6 weeks via a private online gallery. Download, print, and share to your heart's content — your memories are yours forever.
