How many photos will I receive?
For a full wedding day, you can typically expect 400-600+ fully edited images. Shorter sessions will include fewer photos, but every single one is carefully edited and gallery-ready.
When will I receive my photos?
You'll receive a sneak peek of 10-15 images within one week of your wedding, with your full edited gallery delivered within 4-6 weeks through a private online gallery.
Do you shoot in RAW format?
Yes, I shoot entirely in RAW and deliver fully edited JPEG files. Unedited RAW files are not included in delivery.
Can we share our photos on social media?
Absolutely, please do! Tagging @mgephotography77 on Instagram or MGE Photography on Facebook is always appreciated.
Do you travel outside of Bristol for weddings?
Yes! I proudly serve the entire Tri-Cities area, including Kingsport, Johnson City, and Abingdon, VA. Travel beyond a reasonable distance may include a small travel fee.
What if it rains on our wedding day?
Weather is never something we can fully control, but I always come prepared with a backup plan for your timeline and shot list. If rain is in the forecast, we'll work together ahead of time to find beautiful indoor or covered spaces so your day is still captured beautifully.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, always. I carry backup camera bodies, lenses, and flash equipment to every event, so you never have to worry.
How do we officially book you?
Your date is held once both a signed agreement and retainer are received. Verbal commitments do not hold your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
The retainer is non-refundable, as it reserves your date exclusively for you. If cancellation occurs within 60 days of the wedding, the full package price applies.
Can we print our photos anywhere?
Yes! Your gallery includes a full print release for personal use, print at any lab you choose.
How long will our online gallery be available?
Your gallery will be available for download for one year from delivery, so be sure to download and back up your images.
Do you offer videography?
Yes! I offer hybrid photo and video packages, capturing both stunning photos and a cinematic highlight video of your day. Reach out to discuss adding video to your package.
